Too much Splenda give you gas?

What do you mean by upset? Do you get ill or just get gas? Generally, fruit
stimulates a BM with me, which is a good thing. Veggies like broccoli and
spinach do the same thing. I don' think that is a bad thing, generally.


Warning! TMI below!! But you did ask . . .

I'm already regular, so if I eat too much broccoli or spinach, or
apparently any fruit at all, I get painful gas and/or mild diarrhea. In
the case of citrus fruits, it's burning diarrhea. And by diarrhea I mean my
stomach cramps up and I have to go immediately and it's watery, not a
healthy BM. )

:: me. You could always try cutting out the stuff with the Splenda in

My daughter said it happened to her. I got her some of the Sweetzfree
liquid to put in tea, etc. She loved the taste but it gave her gas.
