What diet pill options are there. How do they compare in
effectiveness?

They're either fake containing caffeine or chemicals whose effect in humans
is not known -- or you can't take them forever, or they have side effects
that are bad for you like you can't use them if your BP is high like many
people who are obese.

I have lost most of my weight using Phentermine. It does work and I have
never had a problem with not being able to take them for long periods of
time. I didn't gain any weight back until 6 years later and I can't blame
any diet pill for that. I'm one of those people that needs the extra help
curbing my appetite and Phentermine does just that without the jittery side
effects.
