3rd week report - substantial loss

Default 3rd week report - substantial loss

This week was a great week weight-loss wise: 2.5 kg (5.5 lb). But I
hesitate to draw any general conclusions based on this week because it
was very hectic, and my eating patterns were really erratic.

So part of this may be due to the changes I made to Core (for example:
eliminating some iffy foods I was snacking on, making sure I limit
protein portions to about 200 gm per meal, and not considering beef as
part of Core) and some is probably due to just being unusually busy and
not eating much this week.

Anyway, I'll take the loss.

So this makes 3 kg (6.6 lb) lost total these last three weeks on WW Core.

Atkins: 131 - 119.5 then a 15 month stall
WW Co 119.5 - 116.5 and counting
Total loss to date: 14.5 kg (32 lb)
