couple of rough days
but it is good to be back. Amazing how quick you can get into a
downward spiral- the miracle is that I can pull out of them. As always it is a combination of stress, work, that first fatal bite of something wrong and lots of bad decisions after that. It is interesting how the thoughts of exercise goes out the window and all I want to do is 'hunker down- reading or watching old familar movies ( watching the 100 + screeners I have sitting here is work so give me some old lame video ;-) Today I knew I had to have a plan right off the bat and I kept busy- ate only the food that I planned to eat and exercised....guess what?? I had so much of a better day and am happier Duh!!!!! No food ever fixed any problem in my life! Here's to another good day tomorrow! D |
