Default 1 point milk servings?

Hi,

I usually get my milk servings by drinking skim milk. I like it but it
uses 2 points. I wonder if there are any 1 point milk servings out
there.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks,
Rob

WW (in the US) has a new yogurt which is 1 point for a full milk
serving.

There is also a new 1 point smoothie but I believe it is a half milk
serving so wouldn't be helping you out any.

I drink or use 2/3 of a cup at once. There are some new yogurts with fiber that are one point also, but also 6 oz.

I think this is an excellent question, but I would like them in addition to
the milk so thanks for asking, Lee
