Forget the "Fresh-food" Nazi, these are a fine supplement & only 2 points.
High in protein & low in fat, they even TASTE GOOD (Not mealy like some of
the others).
These were recommended by my physician as an answer to mid morning food
requirement when "Real" food wasn't readily available.

They only have about 15 grams of protein - paltry compared to many
other bars.
AND they also have 15-16 grams of sugar (a direct fatloss inhibitor)
which is equal to about 4 teaspoons of sugar - no wonder they 'taste
good'.
So depending on the OP's goals, these are NOT that great of a choice
(no matter what your quacky doctor says).

How many cans of tuna could you buy for 10 bucks? 15 cans? 32 grams of
Protein each.

Tuna 15 x 32 = 480
Bars 14 x 16 = 224
