Default New take on fauxtatoes

Hi,

I made something today, that was so much like mashed potatoes, I really
felt guilty. It's not the lowest in carbs, but it's OK for later stages.

1/2 Rutabaga
3/4 head of cauliflower (I had it left in the fridge)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream

Steam the veggies until soft. Put everything in food processor and
process until smooth.

By my best guesstimate this has about 10g carbs per half cup serving. I
ate about a full cup tonight, it was so good. I guess I had good reason
to feel guilty.

Next time, I will use turnips. That would bring the carb count way down
to about 5g per half cup.

Turnips, btw, are the smaller ones. Rutabagas are the bigger ones.
