Another day commuting downtown.

Food:

* 6:15 (driving to colleague's home): ready-to-drink chocolate protein
shake
* 8:15 (meeting, brought with me): 2 hard-boiled eggs
* 9:30 (meeting food): 1/4 bagel w/ 1/4 oz. spinach spread
* 12:00 (meeting food): Caesar salad: 1 cup greens, 1/2 oz. grated
parmesan, 3 oz. grilled chicken breast, 1 tbsp Caesar salad dressing
* 2:30 (meeting food): 2 medium-sized cookies
* 5:45 (driving back): energy bar
* 8:30 (home): sandwich w/ 2 slices whole grain bread, 142g pork
tenderloin, 2 slices f/f cheese, 1 tbsp f/f mayo

Totals: 1556 calories, 54g fat (31%), 143g carbs (37%), 122g protein
(31%)

Exercise:

6:45 -- legs, cardio

* back squat: 1x15x45; 1x15x65 (light weights, just doing some reps)
* stiff-legged deadlift: 1x10x65; 1x10x85
* leg press: 1x10x90; 1x10x180 (plus weight of sled)
* leg extension: 1x10x80; 1x10x100
* leg curl: 1x10x50; 1x10x60
* calf extension: 1x10x90; 1x10x110
* thigh adductor: 1x15x90
* thigh abductor: 1x15x70

* treadmill: 2 mile run, in pattern: 2 x (.1 mile each at 6.0, 5.9,
5.8, 5.7, 5.6, 5.5, 5.4, 5.3, 5.2, 5.1)
