....gained about three kilos.

Starting new round of induction. I think I will try for
three kilos below the previous goal weight this time.

Anybody else starting a new round?

Last year, I gained 10 lbs over the holidays. Not this year! I'm shooting
to maintain...but once the new year starts, I'm going to start a new round
just to lose some more weight!

Had a minor Whoosh today despite occasional holiday "cheating"
At this point losing more is not nearly so important as NOT
GAINING. I am now three pounds lighter than
on the first of the month, and I feel great!! Thank you
Dr Atkins.

Roger.. that's been me every year thru the holidays.. I gain 10 -15lbs
then get disgusted come the new year and try to get it all back off.

This Holiday has been a HUGE success.. I've maintained my weight (thru
exercise mostly) , But come the new Year... GAME ON for more weight
loss !!
On January 17th it will be my 1 yr anniversary for LC.. and i'm not
nearly as successful as I would have liked to have been.
but then again... i've stopped gaining, and I know how to maintain...
so you have to look at the positives.

Good Luck Roger in the New Year ~ to us both.

Hon...if you're not gaining it back, then you're very, very successful in my
book!!! Remember, the main battle we fight is with ourselves.

Thank you...and together we'll both stay on track and get there when we get
there (I still remain hopefully for sooner rather than later )

I gained 5 pounds myself ;-) Or 2.27 kilos for those not in the US
heh! I wish I got meat and cheese platters instead of candy and hot
cocoa! (Dunno what my mom was thinking. It's going into work with me
tomorrow for coworker donation!)

Yep! I'm gung ho to get down to 180 by Valentine's, and reach my goal
of 140 by July 31st. From now to January 31st, I want to go from 197.5
to 184...

Today I'm due to go to visit more family for a delayed Christmas. We
drag it out usually 2 weeks, visiting multiple houses, and it won't
really end till January 12th!

But I'm back on my diet TODAY. Just had a spinach & cheddar omelette
and coffee, and I'm just drinking diet soda at my cousin's house. Then
it's to the YMCA to burn off some holiday pudge! ;-)
