Thanks for the replies.
Very useful. I'm going to start eating tuna regularly too. From the details on the tin it looks healthy Steamed broc, carrots - are all vegetables good or just some? Thanks - Joe Don't have to quit, just drink less, or save it for special occassions. I still drink beer, only good beer. But, I don't drink it very often, and make sure I get a good workout in on the day I drink it. Martha I don't drink that often - maybe 6-10 pints 4/5 days a week. I have a Protein Shake before I hit the gym,,,you can mix it with water as well as milk. Tuna is great,,,,,I eat it right out of the can,,,,,,,or mix it with mayo.
