It's taken me two weeks to lose the .60 # that I gained earlier! So, I'm
back to 10.4 lost.

After WW, I went to my yoga class. It's hard work!! She really worked us
today - my abdomen muscles will probably really be complaing by tomorrow
morning. :-)

Congratulations, Donna, for getting rid of that .2 this week. You're really
having to work hard for it now. Wish you luck.

Donna --

Weigh to go!! Keep it up. Hopefully your muscles won't complain too
much -- just keep thinking of all the great benefits.

Congrats on the loss, Donna!! Congrats for sticking with the yoga...many
would have quit by now...I bet the class is smaller.

Actually the yoga class isn't any smaller. Most of them (except for my
friend and I) have been doing it for several months. When we're about half
way through the class, I start wondering why I'm there :-) but then I
realize how much better I'm feeling.

Talk about NSV's! I can go up steps and hills so much better than I could a
month ago. So, it's worth the pain!

Thanks everybody! I really do enjoy the yoga classes, even if I do grumble
a little.

That's one of the things that our leader told us today at WW, when you start
with more exercise it changes your metabolism and your weight loss will slow
down for a while. For some people, just a week or two - for others - she
said it seems like forever! :-)
