Congratulations on the loss Donna. The yoga class sounds like a good

Thanks, Pat! I've been fooling with this one pound for almost a month!
This weekend will be a real trial! Our Project Linus chapter will have a Design A Block for Linus booth at the Boise Quilt Show. So far, I have approximately 40 ladies who have volunteered to help. Tomorrow we go set up for the Quilt Show. Trying to eat regular meals will probably be a real challenge. Last year on Sunday evening when the show was over and my mini-van was packed, I was too tired to drive. Thank heavens for sons who come to help Mom! Donna: Sometimes we just hit a plateau ... it is frustrating but
you'll get past it. It took me over a month to be permanently rid of just one pound! Just keep on track with points, do the yoga, and you'll be okay.
