Default Am I in ketosis?

I got out of ketosis a few days ago and have been trying to get back
to being in ketosis. The last couple of days, I checked at around
3:00 a.m. The Ketostix showed nothing. I went back to bed and got up
at 4:30 a.m. and there was a trace. Does this mean I am in ketosis or
is this misleading?

Follow your plan diet (without cheating) at the recommended levels of carbs
and don't worry about ketosis.

If you're eating under 100 grams of carb a day, you're in ketosis.
Those sticks just show how concentrated your urine is. Toss 'em out.
