Default Food & Exercise - 8/9/2004

Week 4 of dieting begins...
(AF, day 6)

Food:

Breakfast: cottage cheese w/Splenda
(200 gr cottage cheese)

Lunch: steamed mushrooms with mozzarella
(1/2 plate mushrooms steamed with garlic and parsley, dressed w/ 1 Ts Tamari
soy sauce; 125 g mozzarella)

Snack: "diet cocoa pudding"
(200 g light cream, 1 Ts unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 Ts cinnamon, Splenda

Dinner: leftover mushrooms, with mozzarella, 1 Tbs light mayo and 1 Tbs hot
chilli sauce;
"diet vanilla pudding" for dessert (125 g)


Water = 7 cups; Vitamin C drink

According to Fitday = 54 grams of carbs (1723 calories)

mmmmm those mushrooms sure sound good, think I will try this, but with

Yes, they were delicious ;-)
Mozzarella was on the side, not melted with the mushrooms (I realized just
not this wasn't clear).

Thanks I bought the mushrooms today, this will be a part of dinner
tomorrow. I think I will grate the cheese an grill it. yum yum looking
forward to it.

count? It might have been even nicer melted over the mushrooms!

Don't know about the count,

It might have been even nicer melted over the mushrooms!


Maybe... I don't use oven much these days (and I don't use the microwave
oven at all!)
