Default At final weight loss goal...finally.

No big story to tell other than, after many months of
effort, I have finally reached my weight loss goal of 175
pounds. I still have much work to do for maintenance and I
still expect to spend many hours each week in the gym, but
it feels good to have finally reached this goal weight.

And before you ask: No, I will not go back to my old way of
eating. I have every intention of staying low-carb.

work.

I like what the workouts do for me so, from that
perspective, I like them a great deal and that keeps me
motivated. However, I don't see myself as ever being a
person who would state that I love exercise for the sake of
exercise.

Take care.
