Living without sugar and junk food is very easy and I have no interest in that stuff anymore. My house is full of that -- cookies, ice cream, candy etc -- but it does not bother me. Then what is it you're hungry for? I thought you loved that sourdough bread you were making! Congratulations Ig, I'm glad you're finally having some fun. -- Walking (but mostly biking!) on . . . Was it an overestimation of goal? 139's pretty tiny for a power lifter! I think about you mornings at the gym, although I'll never be a power lifter. I think about you mornings at the gym, although I'll never be a power lifter. Yeah, I posted about this earlier. I'm now 137. I don't really particularly want to go back up to the high 140s, but I certainly don't want to lose more. Power lifters come in all weight classes, but I've lost a lot of strength while losing weight, and I mourn the loss some. I am, for now, going to declare my goal range as 135-145, to allow some leeway to see what happens to my metabolism. Chris 262/137/ (135-145) |
