Living without sugar and junk food is very easy and I have no interest
in that stuff anymore. My house is full of that -- cookies, ice cream,
candy etc -- but it does not bother me.

Then what is it you're hungry for?

I thought you loved that sourdough bread you were making!

Congratulations Ig, I'm glad you're finally having some fun.

Chris,
You're disappearing. Was it an overestimation of goal? 139's pretty
tiny for a power lifter!

I think about you mornings at the gym, although I'll never be a power
lifter.

Yeah, I posted about this earlier. I'm now 137. I don't really
particularly want to go back up to the high 140s, but I certainly
don't want to lose more. Power lifters come in all weight classes,
but I've lost a lot of strength while losing weight, and I mourn the
loss some. I am, for now, going to declare my goal range as 135-145,
to allow some leeway to see what happens to my metabolism.
