I can mail you mine, for free. It is a freebie, so it does not have
the latest bells and whistles, but it counts steps, miles, calories,

That's nice of you, Ig. My new one - which cost $20 - is pretty much
the same: I just figured out how to change the stride length so distance
makes sense.

I wore it in the morning yesterday and logged about 6000 steps. In the
afternoon, though, I changed into a dress and took it off. Then I went
to the Mega- mall last night with two teen-aged girls and walked for
three straight hours without my pedometer.

Let's just assume I made goal. :-)

Dally, aiming for around 12K
