At first i want to say that this newsgroup is full of interesting
information i have the problem with flabby skin after hard diet that i have done in the past.I live near the sea" do you think that swimming will help to tight the flabby skin because sea has the salt and iodine,does these two substances think that will help my problem with the flabby skin thanks in advance georges -- Georges (ICQ number135089584) |

I believe strongly in swimming to tighten skin and if you can swin in
