I think there are some foods, like those you've named, that have little
nutritional value. I don't know that I'd call them "bad", exactly; I just wouldn't recommend that one eat them often. I don't think the value of eating for enjoyment occasionally needs to be ignored. It just shouldn't be one's main source of calories! Chris |
