I found 2.5 gram carb bagels
These are from a company called Low Carb Emporium
7 grain fiber bagels(sesame) these are Kosher. Ingredients a Almond flour, soy flour, bran flour, whole wheat flour, oat flour, sesame flour, unbleached flour, vital wheat, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, salt, anise seeds, cream or tartar, rye sour, egg whites, sucralose, dry yeast, soy protien, olive oil, sesame seeds. The package claims 5g carb minus 4g fiber =1 net carb for the sesame bagel: http://www.deepdiscountnutrition.com/frozenfoods.html They are pretty good as pizza crust, ahem with cream cheese, for tuna melt 9eat half, etc. life is grand! |
