No, no and no. Restaurant portions are way way to big in general. One
Chinese restaurant I go to, I eat the appetizer and have them bag the
entree and that is for two more meals.

I was told that a friend worked as a waiter at a steakhouse, that the
smallest cut was called a "Lady Cut" and was 2.5 pounds of beef. Now, a
man has to be quite macho to order a Lady Cut.

3 Waffles
1. Pancakes (blueberry)

and am using insulin is good for me to have these things
