Lost 2# - that makes a grand total of 5 pounds since Jan 1 - total weight
loss of 38.5. This will be my last report for RAFL, we'll be gone on our
big trip next week.

Had quite a scare Sunday night when my heart started doing everything except
turning flip flops (might have been doing that, too). Got scolded by my
nurse practitioner 'cuz I didn't head for the hospital (which is 30 minutes
away). I figured if I headed in there at 2 or 3 in the morning, the
palpatations would stop before I got there. Anyhow, I'm now wearing a
Holter monitor for a 48 hour monitoring of what my heart's doing. No
showers 'til I get this stupid thing off! That's the worst part of it,
other than having it hanging 'round my neck all the time.

Congrats on that loss. Watch (or let others watch) that heart.

I am! Just wish I'd had sense enough to go on into the hospital the other
night. Oh well, live and learn.

Congrats on the loss. Hopefully they will find nothing wrong with your
heart. My daughter had to wear one of those monitors a few years ago. Very
annoying.

Congrats on the great loss, and wonderful overall total! I do hope your heart
tests come out ok. I remember a few years back I had to wear the holter monitor
also - was a pain in the neck. Not showering, not finding a comfortable way to
sleep because I worried about the stupid cords, having to log what I was doing at
times as well as pushing some crazy button when I felt whatever the complaint was
that took me to the dr. End result? Nothing. Guess that was a good thing. G

Please do keep us posted on the results of your testing.

Joyce
