Default Anyone remembers their old New Year's resolutions?

Yup, my newyears resolution was to wear hats more often, goas is once a
week.

Nothing to feel guilty about if I fail.

Soon it will be time to think about this passing year and our new year
resolutions, if any.

I dug up my old post posted on Dec 31, 2003, and will comment on my
new year's resolutions.

Lose 10-15 lbs of fat
Gain 5 lbs of muscle

My total weight loss for this year was 5 lbs. I have somewhat more
muscle, but not much more. So, a WAG would be 7 lbs of fat lost, 2 lbs
of muscle gained.

Be able to reach the floor with my chest sitting with spread legs
(hamstring lexibility)

complete failure.

Stick to my WOE

I changed my diet to low carb in the middle of the year, which I
cannot regard as failure. From the big picture point of view, I stuck
to dieting, weight maintenance etc.

Walk 5x/week

I rarely walk anymore, but I run quite often. Been very busy last
week, repairing a military surplus generator, but normally I do run
about 5x per week.

Strength training at least 5x/week.
Avoid sports related injury.

Still do some weight training 5x per week, but not as much as I would
like. This has been definitely the longest period of time when I
maintained strength training. I had a few enthusiastic starts in the
past, all ending within months.

Does anyone else recall their New Year resolutions for 2004?

i
