Default Cravings after excercise

Hi again

I joined a gym and for the first time I actually stick to my excercise
program. (Ok, that's one good hour three times a week, two weeks up to date)

This week I find that about an hour after I left the gym I get cravings for
food. No matter what I eat, it doesn't go away. I stay seriously hungry. I
am not on a very low calorie diet and consume between 2000 and 2500 cals a
day

Thanks for your help, everybody!

JS (Male, 25y/o)

cravings are psychological, not physical. If you always eat a ton after
exercise programs you'll develop the need to do that every time.

actually i used to have the same problem. i'd do really well excercise
wize but my apetite never "diminished" like some people claimed theirs
did. so. who knows. it could be weak will-ed ness or "psychological" or
it could be that some people's "problems" is a hearty appetite. Which
isn't a bad thing in and of itself.

I don't actually have any advice -- but wanted to lend some support in
the form of "i understand the magnitude of your cravings."
