Default addiction

It's called :"The carbohydrate addict's diet". This diet is perfect
for me because I know exactly where my problem with dieting is: I am
addicted to carbs. That's why I can't survive a diet for more than a
month. I recommend this book for all the people who suffer from
addiction to carbohydrates. The name of the book is: "The
Carbohydrate Addict's Diet", by Rachel F. Heller& Richard F.
Heller. This diet involves low carb foods for 2 meals, and a "prize"
meal- in which you can eat anything you want, without any limit, but
only one hour a day. Yesturday I ate for supper 2 slices of pizza and
tons of chocolate- for one hour. During the day I ate 2 small meals,
with almost 0% carbs- just like Atkin's.I was surprised to find out
the next day that instead of gaining weight- I lost some weight. This
diet is perfect for people with my problem because besides reching
the goal of losing weight , this diet also fights the reason for the
extra weight- and that's what helps to deal with the problem for the
long term- no more yo-yo diets. In this diet you can eat everything
you like and lose weight. It's a diet that you can deal with, without
feelings of shame when you eat chocolate. It deals with the real
problem, instead of dealing with the symptoms- our weight. It's time
to get rid of the addiction! because let's be honest- why can't we
survive any diets for a long time? Because we are addicted to food,
just like alcoholists, and drug dealers.
If there's anyone here who's on this diet- I'd be glad to chat.
