Default Good hot tuna recipe?

I eat tuna a lot during the summer in cold salads and such, but I don't
really have a good tuna recipe for a nice hot winter dish. Anybody care to
make suggestions?

I make a tuna casserole with biscuits, using CarbQuick for the biscuits.

Make a basic white sauce using for the liquid cream (or milk and cream)
diluted with the liquid from the cans of tuna. Toss in vegies (sugg:
blanched green beans and broccoli, and sauteed peppers and/or mushrooms)
and chunked canned tuna.

Pour into a casserole dish and top with CarbQuick biscuits. Bake. I
think I scanned the recipes on the back of the CarbQuick box to estimate
how long and hot to bake it. I don't remember what I did, but it worked
out. Note: the biscuits will soak up a lot of the liquid, so don't
hesitate to start it ou very juicy. Alternatively, come to think of it,
you could cook the liquid with stuff in it in a pot on top of the stove
and then pour it over the biscuits which have been baked normally. YUM!

HTH, but I will understand if you're not into CarbQuick.

OK, here's another idea: LC tortillas wrapped around tuna, broccoli,
mushrooms and cheese?

Its great stir fried with green cabbage, celery and onions. I used to
toss the veggies in butter(now I use Pam), seasoned with salt, pepper,
a splash of soysauce or Braggs, and a bit of powdered ginger. When the
veggies were near tender I put in course flaked albacore tuna (my home
canned) and tossed until heat through. Its great with tabasco sprinkled
on it too. My 7 year old loves it even.

Ooh, this sounds really good. I don't know why I don't stir-fry more - I
shall give it a whirl. Thanks.

Biscuits are not low carb.

I'll break up a small can of tuna in my breakfast omelette. Tuna. Eggs, and
Chopped Green Onions! A few mushrooms are good as well, and you can even
add cheese.
