Food & Exercise -- 5/3/2005
A fairly normal Tuesday -- work, then gym. But I ran at lunchtime
rather than walking because Ted was out, and so I didn't do any cardio at the gym later. And something came up so that I had to stop by the office for a while on the way home. Food: * 8:00 (home): 30g flax flake cereal, 30g All Bran, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk * 12:45 (work, brought from home): salad w/ 1 cup greens, a bunch of veggie chunks, 1/2 cup pineapple, 172g grilled chicken breast, 2 tbsp f/f Greek dressing * 4:00 (work, brought form home); protein bar * 7:45 (driving home from office, from my stash there): energy bar * 8:30 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat English muffin w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup * 10:30 (home -- planned): snack-size peanut butter cup {I've had enough calories without it, really, but I want it :-) . And the last couple of days I've been well below my target calorie level.} Totals: 1618 calories, 34g fat (19%), 184g carbs (46%), 166g protein (41%) Exercise: 12:15 -- 2 mile run (outdoors, rather hilly) 5:00 -- Olympic lifting * Shoulder warmups * Classic clean: 1x5x15kg/33lbs; 1x3x25/55; 1x5x25/55; 1x5x30/66; 2x3x35/77; 1x2x40/88 * Power snatch: 1x5x15/33; 2x3x20/44; 3x3x22.5/49.5 * Back squat: 1x5x20/44; 1x5x30/66; 1x3x40/88; 2x3x50/110 * Standing abs pulldown: 1x15x50; 1x15x60 Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
