Wink lo carb diet snack - a crunchy BAKED CHEESE

Has anyone tried a crunch baked cheese snack that is on a low carb diet? These have no carbs, and are a crunchy flavored baked snack that is fullfilling when you want something that is on the salty and snacky side of things. My sister and I eat these all the time. There is also a Popped Cheese that is like popcorn and comes in low salt, cheddar, and butter. Very tasty and satisfying.

Could you please post recipes for these?

Easy to do in the microwave, best done on a silicone pan liner, like Silpat.
Just lay a slice of cheese on it and nuke until it's done. You have to
check once in a while as it depends on your microwave's power and the amount
of cheese you use. You want it all melted and bubbly and just turning brown
around the edges. Eat warm or let it cool completely.

It works really well on parchment paper too. It's a great base for tuna. :-)

I will get some for you hopefully today. There are a few really tasty ones, and these can also be used as a topper on soups, sort of like a crouton, because they are really crunchy like a crouton.

You can crunch these up and use instead of crackers, or oatmeal when making a meatloaf, toppings on salads, soups, etc. These are also really good when made into crumbs for a coating when making fish, chicken, etc.
And of course, just for snacking. Even little kids enjoy these.
