Pizza Burgers

Just tried this new recipie and wanted to share it:

1 lb hamburger
1/4 cup finely chopped ham or canadian bacon
1/8 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
finely chopped mushrooms to taste
(you can use an egg to hold it all together, but I didn't and it worked
fine)

Mix all together with hands and form into four patties. Fry to desired
doneness. Top with 1 tbsp of your favorite LC pizza sauce and a handfull of
shredded mozzerella. Microwave just long enough to start the cheese melting.

Enjoy... I did!!

Thanks for the recipe, that sounds good. So does just about anything with
mushrooms and onions though.
