Summertime and the Lifting is Easy
I've been exercising every say for ten days, climbing stairs too and
lifting weights every other day. Haven't lost an ounce but feel very strong and fit. This is the Ideal Weight set for me in 1968 and I just seem to hang there despite losing some height. I have been wearing the wrong bra size. When I told Mistress Krusta our workout guru about new developments (from a D to a double D she said she never heard of exercise doing that) In any case I am much more mobile with a proper fit and new orthotics. but half of me goes into a dresser drawer at night LOL! Diva 219/144 down for six years now |
