Hey all!

Wanted to share great news!! WI this morning and lost 3.2 lbs!! Yahoo! I
am so pleased. I've been OP for four months and have lost 23 pounds. Very
happy. Last week I had gained after killing myself with daily aerobics. I
changed my regime up a bit this past week (which I think added to my
success) and did different exercises - did Yoga (love it!! and ANYONE can do
this btw - great for total relaxation), biked 15 miles over the weekend
(great NSV for me!) and have been walking the dogs through the neighborhood
as well as some aerobics. I don't overdo and keep it interesting. I'm
starting to find my "happy medium" with exercise. I also quit rewarding
myself with food after I exercised. I know AP points are AP points and we
should eat them, but I think they were causing problems for me - mentally -
as in "ahhh, I worked so hard, now more food", so now I think "ahhh, I feel
good!!!" and I'm done with it. Still eat those flex when I want a little
extra. But, I had to share my wonderful news!! Thanks for listening!!

Well done you! I reckon sometimes it takes time for the body to catch up
with the activity - so maybe all last weeks efforts are now paying off this
week? Either way - congrats on that, and all the NSVs you 've had this week

Congratulations on a terrific loss of 3.2.

Sounds like shaking up the exercise pattern and how to deal with
activity points has worked.
