I'm not saying she doesn't look great. As you must know, rosie...many people
look great who don't use low carb. Some eat low fat, some just control
calories and get exercise. If she's managed to get what she is looking for,
more power to her. But "low carb, low fat, high fiber, high protein," is
crazy in my opinion. I'm not even sure from her posts if that's really what
she's doing, either.

Finally, my comments are based on what she writes here. I see no reason to
read her blog.
