that sneakers can weigh up to 3 pounds?

I went to Curves this morning and weighed myself when I first got there. Up
3+ pounds. Arrgghh. Then I remembered that I had my sneakers on. After my
workout I took off my sneakers and weighed myself again. It matched my scale
at home. Much better.

So don't scare yourself by weighing with your sneakers on. g

Have a good weekend everyone.

is easy...I am doing online and weigh first thing in the morning in my
nightgown.

Ouch! Never weigh in differently than at the WW scale - it's too scary ;-D

Tell me about it. I expect some difference between my scale and the one at
Curves but not 3+. That's as bad as weighing yourself fully clothed after a
heavy meal or lots of water. OMG, what a shocker.

LOL good tip, Laura... thanks for that nice reminder! The Curves scale is
scarily right on with my home scale too and I usually weigh in my socks and
gym clothes at Curves and in the buff at home.

Just remember to not weigh yourself in the afternoon at Curves. That's scary
too. I had bought a new scale a few weeks ago and was not sure how accurate
it was. Double checking with the Curves scale Saturday morning without
sneakers confirmed that they were close enough for my liking even with our
uneven bathroom floor.
