Headaches (me too!)
Hi,
Funny you should ask. I was wondering the same as last week, when I started WW again (yep, been there, done it, lost it but gained some back...) I got headaches which I never had the first time around. My thought was that maybe I wasn't drinking enough or was my body complaining about not getting the calories it was used to? In any case, I had headaches, especially in the evenings and at night. Once I even had to get up at 5am to get some painkillers because I just couldn't sleep. Any thoughts? Suze |

Headaches (me too!)
I have an odd thought to add to this ... could the headaches possibly not be
related to eating/dieting at all? The reason I even bring this up is because my daughter and myself, as well as a few others in my circle of friends have been complaining about headaches the past few days. They were bad enough today that I finally ended up just laying down in the afternoon. The weather has once again changed - hot and humid, very high dewpoints. I don't relate it at all to our eating, since I have been eating pretty much the same for well over 2 years now. In my case anyway, I'm beginning to think it's more to do with weather and seasonal issues. Joyce On 2 Aug 2004 13:22:57 -0700, (Suze) wrote: Hi, Funny you should ask. I got one of those headaches that did not want to go away. I took some allergy medicine and some tylenol and it finally gave me some relief. More sinus related than food related. Our weather turned horrible this weekend. First time all summer that we had to put the a/c on. |
