Is Atkins + fat burner dangerous?
Hey folks,
I'm doing Atkins (again) and I'd like to know if taking fat burner pills that include things like green tea would be dangerous. Please let me know your opinions. Thanks. Eddie

Anything is dangerous if you take it to an extreme.

I'm sure the green tea is fine, it's the other things that no one can tell
you about unless we know what they are. Actually the best fat burner is exercise.
