Default Is Atkins + fat burner dangerous?

Hey folks,
I'm doing Atkins (again) and I'd like to know if taking fat burner pills
that include things like green tea would be dangerous.
Please let me know your opinions.
Thanks.
Eddie

Anything is dangerous if you take it to an extreme.

I'm sure the green tea is fine, it's the other things that no one can tell
you about unless we know what they are. Actually the best fat burner is
exercise.

Are you asking about Green Tea extract pills?

Save your money, just drink green tea twice a day, same effect!!!!!

Default Green tea, hot or iced?

Thanks everybody. By the way, does the green tea have to be hot or can it
be iced?

I've heard that burning body fat is the explanation for spontaneous human
combustion.

Consider this - While in ketosis the body is *already* burning fat.
Any chemicals intended to force a body into burning fat will have
been intended for folks on low fat high carb diets not burning fat
and not low carb. There's as much a chance that it will hurt as
it will help.

that include things like green tea would be dangerous.

Green tea is fine. "Things like", no idea what that means so it
could be anything from a serious problem to cool sounding
harmless stuff.
