BTW, here's a jibe for that article. The title says she piled on pounds
with the help of an expert - a nutritionist! She got fat!! Maybe there's
some extra muscle up under there somewhere, but it doesn't look that way
from the previews. The Zellweger has amazing devotion to her craft (well,
not like money doesn't help!).

FWIW, I think she looked healthy and nice at her "heavy" weight.

Geez....Hollywood is really thin!

I just said, "screw it; why work so
hard; who gives a ****". Then, slowly I began to regain the weight.......

Perhaps, if you could define what makes LC hard work for you, you could
adjust some things to make it easier.

What do you put in yours? I sometimes use ground flax, chocolate protein

The majority of the time, mine are heavy cream, flax oil, and chocolate
protein blended with a stick blender. I haven't found any other flavor
of protein that I like. I have also done the ground flax, but never
sour cream. I'll try it sometime though. I've also tried peanut
butter, peanuts and almonds -- not at the same time. They were all OK,
but I can no longer keep any of those around much due to control issues.
Many times I'll add DaVinci syrups, raspberry being my favorite. Or
maybe caramel is my favorite....
