Well, another time when I was so absolutely sure I'd see a small gain but
got an unexpected loss instead! I certainly am not complaining. Yesterday
I ate quite a bit, lots and lots of small meals - all decent food, no junk,
but I did dip into the flex points and did pretty much no exercise to speak
of. The week itself was good but I didn't eat much more than my basic
points most of the time because I didn't feel like it, then yesterday -
boom, hungry.

I have to admit I like these pleasant surprises. I am not used to getting
such consistent results while living such a normal life.

I am also pleased to discover that I get to eat more or less like a "normal"
person within limits. You are doing great!

Thanks. It's a combination of the flexibility of the plan and the
medication I take that lets me feel "normal" again.

Yep, it's getting back to something more normal, less of a challenge.
