One a Day Weight Smart. Whats the deal with this stuff?
All it seems to have is that Chromium Picolate stuff...does it really do anything extra? even if you work out frequently? Is it just marketing BS? Its really expensive. Not sure why. You can buy generic Chromium Picolate for like $2.99 for 48+ pills at CVS. Thanks!

Fuhgeddaboudit. Start exercising and eat right to be healthy. I'm not talking about major weight...Little bit of weight..Maybe 15

It is effective in pigs, but hasn't shown effective in humans. About the only supplement that has any effect on weight loss/metabolism is ephedra. det
