Tracking weight loss with a graph
If you want to track your weight loss by using graphs, you can use
WatchMyWeight a free windows program from http://www.brightsmile.me.uk/store It does a moving average and a trend line so you get a very clear idea of how your weight is changing. Peter Marshall |
