Food & Exercise -- 11/10/2007
Skipped hip-hop class this morning. Our instructor has apparently
left (no one seems to know for sure if he'll be back at some point) and I haven't cared much for the substitutes they've been having -- we shall see. Anyway, I went with my friend Mary Anne to visit a wine store that a friend of ours has opened recently. Before that we had lunch at a casual Greek place. Lunch was a bit higher in calories than I'd have liked. Food: * 7:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & raisins * 1:00 (Greek restaurant): gyro (made with pork, which I hadn't realized when I ordered -- tasty, but more fatty); 1/2 serving of Greek-style green beans; a few French fries * 1:30 -- 2:30 (winer store): small tastes of 12 wines -- ~1 glass total * 7:45 (home): ~4 oz. salmon; ~ 1/2 cup long grain & wild rice; ~ 1/2 cup various grilled veggies (my leftovers from last night's dinner) Exercise: None to speak of Chris 262/130s/130s |
