Default stress slowly going......up 1 one pound but not worried

well things are looking up for my b/f and i somewhat. we found a place to
live. now all we have to do is find someone to move us. i also have a job
interview for Sears need to find a new job as soon as possible. i quit my
old one yesterday after they blamed me for something that i didn't do. i was
angery and up set that they would even think such a thing after being with
them for 2 yrs almost.
the sad thing is that i have made alot of good friend over the last
couple of yrs and will miss them. when i told to of the ladies that if we
didn't get the place that we were looking into we would be homeless, they
offered ot let my b/f and i stay with them a few nights here and there if
need. that made me feel a little better to know that there are some decent
people left in this world.
we get to move into our place on wed of this week it is going to be nice
hopefully things will get back to normal soon. going to work on losing the
one pound i gained this last little while. the only good thing about me when
it comes to stress i don't eat very much. i still eat but not as much as i
used to when i got stressed out. anyway congrads to everyone else who has
lost and to those who haven't just remember it's not the end of the world.
start over again tomorrow and work harder at getting what u want.

take care everyone and have a great weekend
angie

I sure hope things continue to improve for you both. I know how stress can affect us
and our eating only too well. Wish you luck.

Thanks, Julie and Laura. I will take the suit in this coming week and
get an appraisal. I like the suit.

Be aware that having a suit altered can cost as much as having a new one
made - especially if there is a LOT of alterations to do! If this was a
bespoke suit and you're taking it back to the tailor who made it, it may
be worth it. If it was a RTW suit, you may do better selling it and
getting a whole new one. I know what goes into gents natty suiting,
having made a suit for the DH a few years back.

Isn't it funny how your legs and arms get shorter when you lose weight!

have been eatting the way i want to this week. just to see if i will gain
any weight or not. so far i have only gained maybe 1 or 2 pounds and thats
even with eatting red meat. up until this week i hadn't been eatting red
meat. but i found out that my iron level was also low so that is why i have
decided to add it to my diet but in moderation.
i'm going to be following the wendy plan starting after this week.
things have been crazy buisy here for me the last couple of weeks with
having to find a new place to live and now a new job. we found a new place
and now have to buy the stuff we need for and pack and get moved all by wed
of this week. it just never seems to stop.
i also have a job interview tomorrow with sears here in ottawa where i am
hopefull things will work out. i have not been faithfull and following the
program but all that will change once i get moved into my new apartment.
things will be getting back to normal soon i hope. it would be nice.
the only good thing is that with the way i have been eatting like i said i
have only gained 1-2 pounds.
anyway hope everyone is having a good weekend.
take care

Angie:

It's good to hear your stress level has gone down. I'm sorry that you
had to quit your job. It's no fun having to look for work on top of
everything else. Keep your chin up and good luck on finding someone to
help you move.

Connie

Yes, I'm aware that the entire endeavor might not be worth the cost.
And, yeah, my clothing is too long as well as too wide! (G)

Great loss, Laura, and congrats on making your SWWC goal! Wonderful! I
love Curves too and go after work during the week. ONE time I did the
Saturday morning deal and I may do it again after my work schedule on
Saturday changes. And awesome NSVs on the smaller clothes, that ALWAYS
feels great! Keep it up, girl!

Sorry I have not been online much this week. Way too many posts to reply

to
so congrats to everyone for doing a good job this week. Keep up the good
work. And for those that have little gains this week, hang in there.

They'll
soon come off too.

Now the good news. I'm down 1.5lb to 223. Made my SWWC goal by 2. I've

made
it to Curves 4 days this week too. I even made it there Saturday morning

at
8am before the rest of the family woke up. I'm really enjoying stopping
there on my way home from work each day. I'm finding that I am much more
relaxed at home in the evenings. I guess exercise is a good way to relieve
stress.

I'm starting to notice that some of my smaller sized cloths are fitting
again. I pulled out a pair of pants for work today and discovered they

were
size Large and they fit. That explains why the new pair of 1X pants were

too
big. Hopefully they will shrink in the wash this weekend so they won't be

so
baggy the next time I wear them.

Have a good week everyone.
