Default the party is over!!!

Well as I said last week I had many challenges this week and boy was I
right. I won't even weigh but I am here to tell you I am back on program
and looking forward not back. I know what I have to do but I also have all
these female issues throwing me off course too. Dr. put me on progesterone
to combat the fibroids. Side effect weight gain, of course! But I am going
to have another procedure that will hopefully curtail the other problems.
So, back on task and wishing you all a good week.

glad the party is over, sorry about the progesterone.
That is a "sometimes" side effect anyway, not a sure thing. It did not do
that to me when I was taking it.

I have fibroids too, the doctor discovered them when I was pregnant. I have
two large ones each of them grew to about 12 cm across. Almost like having
a second baby in there, anyway my tummy looked so funny when I was laying
flat on my back three big lumps, one baby and two fibroids. After my
pregnancy I had to take medication to control bleeding that lasted for 4
months! Yes, your read correctly, could you imagine having TOM for 4
months. It was awful. I was about to go in for a myomectomy to have the
fibroids removed, when the bleeding suddenly began stopping for a few days,
then a few weeks, now TOM is pretty much normal again. Eventually the
fibroids shrunk to about 6 cm.

Are you going to be having some surgery to remove them? Good luck with the
procedure whatever it may be.

I'm on progesterone too. I did gain 3 pounds immediately, but it was
because it seemed like my appetite was higher and I was eating more than I
should have. I got back on track and am losing steadily again.

So glad to hear that you're back OP, Bird. Ouch on that progesterone! Hope you
manage to maintain at least. Wish you luck.
