I got one of BK's "fire-grilled" shrimp salads. I got the Garden salad,
which meant various light green to white lettuces with a few darker greens
thrown in . cukes, cherry tomatos and the teeny, tiniest little baby carrots
I've ever seen all jammed into a container. Definately enough in there for
two or three people. they have 2 choices of dressing; caesar or honey onion
vinagrette. The shrimp came in a bag and I didn't see one grill mark on any
of them. I couldn't even eat it.

I don't understand; why couldn't you eat it? Except for the carrots it
sounds low carb.

BTW, I like MacDonald's Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch and Grilled Chicken
Caesar salads. They're really good, and low-carb too.

I LOVE their salads! I prefer to not eat the shrimp (no particular reason).
They do seem to be grilled with a spicy seasoning.

As long as you skip their awesome Honey Onion dressing, you should be fine.

Quizno's steak salad is very good, and supposedly 0 carbs.
