I managed even with this hidious heat index to get to my regular meeting, I
lost 3 pounds, so i only have .4 of this last gain to get rid of, it has
once again been hidiously hot here, so i have been drinking more water and
lemonade, but exercise is almost too much to contemplate, we also went on an
overnight trip and travel usually makes me swell, so all in all a very
successful week... I am well pleased that the gain, or most of it anyway
went away fast, Lee

Yay! Well done.

I swam Friday evening and this morning: a mile each time, in just an
hour. No records broken, but it keeps me fit!

I had to SWIM this morning: we had thunderous downpours yesterday, so
the pool was chilly (outdoors so topped up with cold water!). Not quite
shoving the penguins and polar bears out of the way on their ice floes,
but getting close!

Wow Lee. Your doing a great job in spite of the heat. It sounds like
you are very close to goal. It's really hard to exercise when it is
so hot. It's hot here too in Northern California. Supposed to be
104 today so that is cooler than yesterday. I'm doing my exercise
this morning at 6 a.m.

I could never move somewhere out of reach of a decent swimming pool!
After a hot day a mile in cool water is bliss...

I am back to less than twenty pounds now, but i was at my closest five
pounds away, right now i am just trying to have the weekly goal of NOT
gaining, any loss is a bonus, i have great trouble eating when it is hot so
i make myself eat in the early morning and late evening, I make the meals
balanced, but they are richer to get the right amount of points in, thanks
for the support, Lee

I truly wish it were swimming, but I use a treadmill. I got it done
very early this morning.
