Hello from the trenches,

Doing ok I had to fudge a little by only eating a yogurt. I found one
that has Splenda substuted for sugar. I think I need to revise the
amount of weight to lose per week to a 26 week goal. Scale showed -1.6

Fred congrats on your continued loses and may we all continue to
better health.

Mobjoe.

201.4/189.2/153
weekly goal -1.52
ps I started a while back at 215 on the home scale and as of yesterday
am it showed 181

good to you - keep up the good work!

Congrats on the loss, a weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs a week is supposed
to be the best way of losing and keeping the weight off, so your -1.6
is on track
Keep up the good work
