Default Big Fat Looser-they loose 16 pounds every week????

I think I am doing great when I see 3 pounds come off in a week. These guys
are taking off 12 to 16 pounds every week! What's up with that! When I
first started last December, I remember a week or two where I saw maybe 8
and I think just once 10. But man, these guys are consistently doing big
numbers every week.. It's discouraging for the rest of us.. Amazing what a
full time trainer, dietician and gym can do for you....

You took the words right outa my mouth. I am brand new here.

I came here to see what I am doing wrong because this idiotic tv show has everyone losing 10-15 pounds a week.

What a joke.

Yes, it is a joke, and the show is idiotic! The average person does not get to abandon their life and have nothing to do but exercise 4 hours a day. Have you checked out the website and read the plans the particpants are following? It's not realistic to think that they will be able to continue at this pace when they are off the show. Sure, they may pick up some good habits, but being on the show isn't promoting a lifestyle. They are supposedly monitored by doctors, but have you read anything stating that losing that much weight that fast is healthy? I don't think so.
