323 days into the diet
I keep an excel spreadsheet with my daily weight. Even though I don't get
too hung up on day to day weight, I do like to track my average over a week. Anyways, I went from 158 to 138 in 2 months and have kept the weight off. Here is all I've done: No white bread or pasta Whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta. Low glycemic. No sweets or pseudo-sweets (splenda stuff). But with low glycemic foods there is no craving for sweets. Drinking wine. Exercise everyday, but nothing crazy. Walking and biking, one or the other, an hour a day. Low-carb has been working for me. I do eat whole grain products, but low-glycemic foods. Didn't realize I was on day 323. Time flys! Rich -- The journey is the reward. |
