Do you agree with this guy?
I found this on a website, let me know if you aggreee.
a. Knock off the fast food. It makes you feel horrible, it's horrible for you, and it encourages you to drink soda. Just cut it out (no Joey reference). You can have it once in a great while, but not more than once every two or three weeks. Once again, this is especially important in the beginning, while you're trying to kick the habit. I had Wendy's on the 30th day of the Weight Loss Challenge. b. SMALLER PORTIONS. I used to eat two chicken breasts, corn, rolls, and a pile of potatoes all drowning in BBQ sauce. I cut it back to one breast and one potato, and it started to fill me up. c. Eat breakfast. This discourages overeating at lunch, because you're not that hungry. I used to never eat breakfast. Cookie Crisp is just as good as I remembered too. d. Don't snack. I used to snack on **** all the time. If you're going to snack, at least make it fruit or something that's not chips/candy bars/crap. Eat three times per day. It's not difficult. |
