How long has everyone been

Started in May 2002. Have lost 68.3 in the meantime. I don't see WW as 'hard'... I like the points system a lot! I started in October 2002, and have lost a total of 26 lbs. I had a long slow section, that I blame on the gall bladder. Hopefully I'm now on the steady downward slide now! -- Kate XXXXXX Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.diceyhome.free-online.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |

Started WW 11/07/2002 lost 21 pounds. I agree the hardest part is staying
motivated when you are not losing. I haven't been losing for 6 months now....er....oh yeah that's called maintenance. -- SuzyQ Weight 124 WW Lifetime Membership Feb 03 "Prairie Roots" wrote in message ... I started WW Feb 22, 2003. In 31 weeks, I've lost 50.4 lbs. The hardest part is staying motivated when weight loss is in retrograde--when the scale stays the same or goes the wrong direction despite staying OP. But that's not WW's fault. That's biology. -- Prairie Roots 232/181.6/WW goal 145 joined WW Online 22-Feb-2003 On Sat, 27 Sep 2003 22:01:28 -0400 (EDT), (}i{~Stacey~}i{) wrote: doing weigh****chers?? I've been following weigh****chers since February 2002, reached my personal goal
in April 2003 and have been maintaining the 95 pound loss since then. I honestly didn't find anything overly difficult on the program ... until I reached maintenance. To me, that is the hardest part! Oh ... and that danged flexpoint system. How long has everyone been
I joined July 14, 2003 and have lost 20.6 pounds. I think that the
program is very easy to do! About once a week I have a "binge" but now I realize that these are not the end of the world -- plus, Flex Points now makes that part of the program for me! The hardest thing is exercising -- which, unfortunately, I don't do! Anita B. (}i{~Stacey~}i{) wrote in message ... doing weigh****chers?? Hey Ted, long time no see!! Great to see you. And to join you in
maintenance... "Ted F. Edgar" wrote in message om... (}i{~Stacey~}i{) wrote in message ... doing weigh****chers?? What do you think is the hardest thing about doing weigh****chers, if any? -- I started WW Feb. '02, lost ~65 lbs and went on maintenance in August '02. There isn't too much that I found difficult about WW. The past year maintaining was more of a challenge, but not bad. Recognizing when a bad habit starts to return and getting it back in check before causing too much damage is the key for me. Knowing what to do to correct any gains also helps. Before WW, when my weight slowly increased each year, I was unable to accept that I really needed some fundamental changes in my eating and exercise habits. I always looked at it as, "I could 'diet' and then go back to my regular eating." Of course it was my "regular eating" that got me fat in the first place. Once I truly accepted my "regular eating" needed to change (and change for life), weight control became very easy. 254/185/185 |

Congratulations!
I invite everyone join us on Maintenance Island. No matter how long the journey, this is a great destination to reach. We only serve regular portions and you will have to buy a new wardrobe when you get here, but it is well worth it. "Lesanne" wrote in message .net... Hey Ted, long time no see!! Great to see you.
