Default Losing weight = Preventing cardiac problems

Wiser to simply eat less down to the optimal amount to lose the
visceral adipose tissue (VAT) causing the metabolic syndrome (MetS)
underlying cardiovascular problems:

As for knowing who are the very elect, these you will know by the
unconditional love they have for everyone including their enemies
(Matthew 5:44-45, 1 Corinthians 13:3, James 2:14-17).

Many of us either starve or avoid a lot of our favorite food items to
reduce weight. But in reality dieting couldn't really help in weight
reduction and it could just result in weakness. An article in
http://walking.about.com/cs/diet/a/dietsdontwork_2.htm clearly
explains the problems with dieting. Not to mention about the magical
muscle toners that reduce your weight without any effort and medical
background!

You should be working on controlling your appetite rather than
starving and 'Reductil' (http://www.reductil4me.com) is the ideal
solution for it. Appetite and Satiety are illusions created by the
neurotransmitters (nerve signals) in our brain and Reductil helps in
achieving Satiety faster by reducing signals that induce hunger. When
you feel good with a compact meal, what else is required? Now you need
not have to punish yourself by starving; or sacrifice delicious food
for losing your weight.

I've come across molecular-level evidence that the fat cells generate
inflammatory molecules. The way to avoid this is to keep your
unsaturated fatty acid intake very low. Saturated fatty acids cannot
be used to make these molecules directly, and the body makes more
stable unsaturated fatty acids. This avoids the "metabolic
syndrome." Keep in mind that you can't eat lard, because it is about
60% unsaturated, though "experts" still call it a "saturated fat,"
when it's not even half saturated.

This would occur primarily for the fat cells in visceral adipose
tissue (VAT).

Actually, the way to avoid this is by losing that VAT.

Saturated fatty acids cannot
be used to make these molecules directly, and the body makes more
stable unsaturated fatty acids.

The inflammatory cytokines from VAT are not made from fatty acids.

This avoids the "metabolic syndrome."

Not while there remains VAT which arises from overeating.

It is not what you eat but how much you overeat that results in VAT.

May GOD bless you.

Have you never seen a person go a "crash diet," lose the weight, then
end up with a terrible "disease," such as an AD-like condition? This
is what happens if you lose the polyunsaturated fatty acids too
quickly. They get liberated, extreme lipid peroxidation occurs, and
the person is in big trouble. This may be exacerbated by the crash
diet in question, but it's the proverbial "playing with fire."

No.

Alzheimer's disease is not caused by polyunsaturated fat deficiency.

They get liberated, extreme lipid peroxidation occurs, and
the person is in big trouble. This may be exacerbated by the crash
diet in question, but it's the proverbial "playing with fire."

Wiser to simply eat less down to the optimal amount while not altering
diet:
